Paratransit Medicaid Transportation

Coordinated ambulatory and wheelchair transportation for eligible Medicaid rides, including after-hours trips when authorized.

How to Arrange a Ride

Paratransit must be contacted Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to arrange or authorize transportation.

After-Hours Service

After-hours transportation is available for eligible Paratransit Medicaid rides. US Mobility can be called at any time, 24 hours a day, for coordination and active-trip assistance.

Service Hours

Monday–Saturday ambulatory transportation: available 24 hours a day

Sunday transportation: 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Wheelchair transportation: 4:30 a.m.–9:30 p.m.

Wheelchair transportation is not available between 9:30 p.m. and 4:30 a.m.
