US Mobility helps discharge planners, social workers, nurses, and care coordinators arrange dependable ambulatory and wheelchair transportation across Pierce and King County. We support hospital discharges, return trips, recurring appointments, and after-hours transportation.

Private Transportation

Arrange directly with US Mobility. Clients or facilities are billed at the end of each month.

Monday–Friday: 24 hours | Saturday: 6:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. | Sunday: 6:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

After-hours transportation is available for hospital discharges and eligible trips. Call ahead when possible.

Paratransit Medicaid

Paratransit must be contacted Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Have the patient name, mobility type, pickup and destination, requested time, and attendant information ready.

Ambulatory transportation: 24 hours Monday–Saturday; Sunday 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Wheelchair transportation: 4:30 a.m.–9:30 p.m. Wheelchair service is unavailable between 9:30 p.m. and 4:30 a.m.

Eligible after-hours Medicaid/Paratransit transportation is available. Call US Mobility 24/7 for coordination and active-trip support.

Before Pickup

Please ensure the patient is medically ready and that personal belongings, prescriptions, and discharge paperwork are prepared. Drivers have scheduled trips and cannot wait for extended periods without affecting other patients.
